Current pork availability - low (no Conygree pork in stock but joints, sausage and bacon from Paddock Farm is available)
Pork Boxes
The Gloucestershire Old Spot is a large meaty animal with a broad and deep body and large hams. They have a very fine carcass which produces top quality meat for all purposes including pork chops, roasting joints or sausages.
Traditional free range meat of this quality is enjoyed by the more discerning public who want more than tasteless factory farmed pork.

We rear 12 Old Spot or Old Spot cross 'weaners' each year with pork normally available from October to December.
Whilst we sell individual cuts of pork from the shop, we tend to sell most of our pork in boxes, ideal for the medium sized freezer. A standard box weighs 7kg+ although you can add more if you wish.

We normally do a few Christmas hams too and occasionally some salami...but order these early!

Meat Provenance
Our pigs free range in our pig paddock, rootling in the undergrowth and wallowing in mud. They mature slowly and naturally over the summer and autumn.
We hang our pork for 7 days to ensure your meat cooks beautifully and tastes superb.

Our customers agree that meat from slow grown traditional breeds raised on a natural diet is better than anything they have ever had. A good amount of fat and marbling is crucial.

'The pork we had from you tastes like real pork - full of flavour. The crackling was amazing too' Nick - Northleach
