How To Order

One of our meat boxes

Ordering

To order just send us an email or ring Jonathan to discuss requirements, delivery dates and availability. As demand currently exceeds supply it is best to order well in advance.

Getting It To You

We label, weigh, bag and store our meat in a temperature controlled environment, and then deliver by overnight courier in unique National Trust designed cool boxes (see picture above) insulated with recycled wool. The meat arrives on your doorstep fresh and ready for the oven or freezer. We deliver midweek and Saturday morning.

These boxes can be sent back to us for refilling, or re-used/recycled at home.

Delivery Costs

We aim to get the box to you within 18 hours of dispatch (although the cool box will stay at 5 degrees or less for over 24 hours). Try to be at home to receive the box if possible.

The costs for nationwide courier delivery are:

  • Midweek delivery (before 12 noon) – £7.00
  • Saturday delivery (usually before 12 noon) – £15.00

Free delivery to local addresses (GL54) and for group purchases (5 boxes or more) within 30 miles.

Collect From Conygree

We are keen to reduce food miles so we sell most of our meat locally. We encourage customers to collect from us if passing.

All our customers are welcome to visit and walk the farm with us and see our animals. We want you to see where your food comes from.

Payment

Each meat box can differ slightly in weight depending on breed, joints and time of year. No standardised product here! We therefore put an individual invoice in each box showing weight, delivery costs and the payment due. We trust you to send a cheque by return.
